It has begun

The Holidays have officially begun, I have always felt that Halloween starts the Holiday Season but since we are moving we didn't decorate so I haven't really felt in the Holiday spirit. Well last night for Family Night we went to the Pumpkin Patch and now I feel ready for the Holidays to begin. We had so much fun and Ryan totally loves Pumpkins it is really cute. The boys played the games and did a couple of rides and then we went to Stater Bros and bought them each pumpkins for $2 instead of the $10 ones at the pumpkin patch. It was a great night!
I believe this is the first picture we have taken as a family of 5, it's not the greatest but hey we are in it together. Isn't that kind of sad since Megan is almost 6 months old!

Red Ribbon Week

I love that Christian gets totally into school and wants to be involved with everything. This week for Red Ribbon Week they had a day where they teamed up against drugs (wear your favorite team logos) and don't get mixed up with drugs (wear mismatching clothes). He had outfits picked out all by himself on Sunday and was so excited to wear them. It made for a really fun week.
Just Say NO TO DRUGS!!!!!

(of course Ryan wanted to be in all the pictures as well)

Eating

Megan has been trying to eat table food since she was about 3 months old. She grabs at anything with in reach and tries to stick it in her mouth. At her 4 month check up her doctor told us to wait to start food until she was 14 pounds so about a week and a half ago we started her on some rice cereal. She doesn't love the taste of the food but she loves the spoon and seriously tries to feed herself already it is really cute.

Dan's Birthday

Well I am a little late with this post but better late than never. I just haven't really felt like blogging lately but I made a promise that I would update this weekend so I thought I would start with Dan's Birthday. I was planning on going to Disneyland for Dan's Birthday so that he could use the free ticket and get to enjoy Disneyland with all of us but he told me Sunday night that he didn't want to go. Instead he wanted to stay home, eat pizza and watch football big surprise right! We ended up still having a great day and the kids loved just hanging out especially when Dan decided to having a boxing match with them. They use the hockey gloves and just go at each other and think it is just so much fun.
Isn't this what every 31 year old does on their birthday?
